Erick Lear has spent his entire career in the nonprofit sector. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and Capella University’s Doctoral Program in Human Services. A licensed Master's Social Worker in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Lear is employed as Contributing Faculty for Walden University, and as Adjunct Faculty for the University of The Rockies. He volunteered for many years with the SUPPORT Hotline of Portage Path Behavioral Health in Northeast Ohio. He currently works in the mental health field for a nonprofit behavioral health agency in Phoenix.
